PatternHooks was founded with a simple observation: every developer has rebuilt webhook infrastructure from scratch, and most have done it poorly. We're the team that decided to build it once, build it right, and let everyone else focus on what makes their product unique.

We believe webhooks should just work. Developers shouldn't spend weeks building retry logic, monitoring dashboards, and signature verification. They should spend that time building features their customers actually care about.

PatternHooks started in 2021 when our founders were building a payments platform. They spent three months just on webhook infrastructure—handling retries, managing failures, building dashboards. Three months that could have been spent on actual payment features.

They looked around and realized every team was doing the same thing. Stripe built it. Twilio built it. Every SaaS company reinvented this wheel. The solution was obvious: build it once, make it bulletproof, and offer it to everyone.

Today, PatternHooks powers webhook delivery for thousands of companies, from scrappy startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. We've delivered billions of events and maintained 99.99% uptime since day one.
